ass kicked again..

Okay I didn’t post anything yesterday. While yesterday was workout day 2 I was actually much too busy to be posting anything. So here it is after workout #3 and I’m still walking and talking. Yesterday was upper body with a focus on the pecks and shoulders. Today was the wonderful world of legs. Now normally I hate legs, but for some reason it doesn’t see to be affecting me too much. This may have todo with the summer of biking that I’ve been doing, but I don’t know really. My chest is just now starting to feel sore from yesterdays workout and it feels good.

Day #4 here I come.
