iWhat?!

Here is the thing: I love my iPod! It’s great! 40gig of chewy creamed filled goodness. What I hate is that to preform a firmware update it erases all data from the pod. Let’s recap this: 40 gig iPod and erases all data. WTF? There is a reason I have a 40 gig iPod and it’s because I have more music than can fit on my hard drive. I don’t have the space to backup ALL of the music and data stored on this thing. Some of these songs come from cd’s that I barely got a decent rip off of since they are so old. Some of these songs I probably can’t find the backups of. ARRGHH!!! Can you hear that Apple? That far off swooshing sound? That’s the sound of me flushing 35,156,452 KB’s of data down the digital toilet.

I had the same experience with the iPod, and to top it off i couldn’t share my iTunes Library between my computer and laptop. Whats the deal with that?

<br />I sold my iPod and now have a no brand product which has been absolutely refreshing.
