So Apple revealed it’s new G5 iMac and damn is it sweet! Of course I guess now is as good time as any to let everyone know I am a new proud owner of a PowerBook 17″. So far can’t find more then 2 faults for the whole thing. I can do all I can do on a PC even .Net development ( w/ASP.Net too ).

I’m only slightly kicking myself for not waiting since it looks like it’s a 20″ wide aspect (that means movie screen like, kids) monitor and a G5 instead of my 17″ wide aspect and G4 processor. Oh well, maybe I’ll just get one of these for the house or I’ll wait and off load the G4 next year when the G5 PowerBooks are announced (I’ll just glance over the fact that the most recent G5 require a refigerator to cool themselves making a portable one a little harder to fathom ).

    i have no idea what i would do with a computer that works all of the time.

    <br />But i did see the 17" powerbook and the light up keyboard is a fantastic idea

    Yeah that "sizzling" NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 Ultra graphics processor with 64MB of DDR SDRAM will really hold its own… hell a GeForce 4 beats it in benchmarks:
