Arnold, Arnold, Arnold..
Another reason I’m glad I don’t live in California and not Republican.
California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger vetoed on Wednesday a bill that would have required the state’s employers to give workers written notification if e-mail and other Internet activity is being monitored at work.
Currently most of these bills in Congress and certain states are still floundering to the point of death but Virginia is still working on it. And according to some recent stats I found on the internet 80% of employees and employers are for a bill like this. It makes it easier to preform monitoring when both parties know its going on.
Oh well.. atleast for the time being I know that he won’t get elected President. I mean, wasn’t his father like a nazi or something like that? Why yes, he was:
Gustav Schwarzenegger was indeed a member of the Nazi party; he voluntarily applied for membership in 1938.
Hmm… does the apple not fall far from the tree?

Okay, I was going let this slide but damn if it didn’t gnaw at me.
The proposed bill would have imposed yet another administrative cost on California businesses at a time when the state is losing businesses in droves. Both the California Chamber of Commerce and the California Manufactures and Technology Association have expressed strong opposition to the bill, and even the independent Community College League of California opposed the bill in its current form, raising several issues.
And as for the Nazi comment, Arnold has never hidden the fact that his father was a member of the party. Like any government employee, if you wanted to keep your job during that time, you joined the party.
