So I made the decision again to stop smoking this weekend. I started this morning and I’m doing fine so far but walking into the office I couldn’t help notice the sweet smell of burning nicotine. Ugghh.. stupid vices and your hold on my very soul! Anyway here are a few things to get you going this morning.

• JFK Reloaded: Does it bother you that you didn’t get a chance to take a shot at JFK? Here is your chance.
• Apparently Ice Cold went on a rampage this weekend. Of course he didn’t use his real name but I think he could have thought of a better one then Chai Soua Vang.
• If you haven’t heard or caught the O&A virus you don’t know what your missing. For example Monster Rain.
• Apparently the Pistons vs. Pacers brawl was an “Ugly Scene”. Well yeah, isn’t basketball an ugly sport?
