Received my lastest eBay purchase. Now this one is why I love eBay. I got this guy for 15 bucks. Yeah limited to a few hundred pieces and only availible in L.A. and signed by Kevin Smith to boot. Of course it’s not certified or anything but I’ll take it as the real deal. And [...]

if you haven’t caught this episode of SeaLab 2021 then you are totally missing out. Trillionaire Max Stone purchases SeaLab and the hilarity is all consuming. You should be able to find a copy on any of your friendly P2P networks.

Yep it’s a live and moved up to Baltimore. Looks like HFS has been doing well on 105.7fm up there. So that’s cool. I like this lineup especially a chance to see Echo and the Bunnymen and the New York Dolls (of course minus several band members).

Two things at first; one it’s EXTREMELY light. Two it’s got a very vibrant and bright screen. This may change when unplugged for the wall but in typical Sony style the battery’s came uncharged.
Next thing I noticed was that the interface is sooo much better then the PSP’s. I like the DS’ interface better since [...]

Tried Elk last night at a retaurant. It wasn’t anything special. It was supposed to be a “rack” of elk but really it was just 2 bones and a hunk of meat connecting them. It weren’t bad, it weren’t great it was just good. The polenta was better.

So after yesterdays discovery of the new Shuttle XPS that will be my replacement for TiVo, I decided to see what my options are over at AlienWare. Now AlienWare offers some pretty awesome Media Center boxes and they can come fully loaded with some good hardware. I decided to hit up the Live Sales person [...]

SonyEricsson’s almost iPod killer

InfoSync has details on the new SE W800i fone. The reason I point out this fone is that it’s the first one I’ve seen with the new Walkman branding that was announced some time ago. Now, I’m not a big fan of what Sony is trying todo with digital music. The abortion that is ATRAC [...]
TiVo and Comcast sitting in a tree or Announcing the new "ComcasTiVo"
March 16th, 2005 · No Comments
So TiVo and Comcast are a couple. This is great. This will push TiVo on to millions of people and allow more people to understand what a great and usable product TiVo is. This will also fix some flaws that have kept me (other then actually OWNING a TiVo) from getting Comcast’s DVR. Comcast’s DVR [...]

Finally. It’s been a long week but the last of my (hopefully) doctor visits for now are over. The staples came out with no pain at all. He basically just pinched them out and it was done. In and out in under 10 minutes. He did let me know that my gall bladder was about [...]
