So this weekend is Celebrate Fairfax. Last weekend was the Herndon Festival. I think I’m gonna keep the streak alive by only attending the Fairfax-fest for an hour like the Herndon one. I do have to admit that the musical line up will be a sort of step up at the Fairfax outting:

This annual three-day festival, held on the grounds of the Fairfax County Government Center, features the music of favorites from various yesteryears, like Rick Springfield, Blue Oyster Cult and Better Than Ezra. There will also be the usual assortment of carnival rides, arts and crafts vendors, food offerings and nightly fireworks.

A chance to see Rick Springfield, BOC (I need more cowbell!) and Better then Ezra?! hmmph.
