So glad I didn’t drive it..

In attempt to not go home and do stuff I’m supposed to do, Jessi and I took a trip to Gaithersburg to the Lotus dealership. I’ve been lusting this vehicle for a while now so I decided to see if it would live up to my imagination.

Amazingly, this dealership had atleast 12 different Exige’s and Elise’s on the lot in a rainbow of colors and options. Of course the option list on a Lotus you can count on one hand, still it’s got a bunch of things that you can do to it.

Surprisingly, I can fit in it. Actually I can fit in it well and have room to move around. Your not going to look sexy getting in or out of this car, ever. I think I actually pulled a muscle in my shoulder getting out of it. That aside, this is still a very sexy car.

I purposely didn’t take a test drive (yes, they really will let you) because I’m sure I would have plunked down what money I don’t have and took one home. Hell, since it’s on a GM dealer lot you even can get access to all the leasing/buying options that come with a GM dealership. Except the 0% financing of course but the SmartLease is there.

I walked away with a one sheet flyer for the Lotus and that will have to suffice for now.
