Heroes is a serial saga about people all over the world discovering that they have superpowers and trying to deal with how this change affects their lives.
The fourth the show was this last Monday and now I’m officially hooked. I’m axiously awaiting for the next show as my favorite character (Hiro, who has a site dedicated to him called SuperHiro) is set to break out from the “lovable comic geek that can stop time” role into a bad ass warrior.
BTW, all the artwork that is show in the series is done by Tim Sale. Having been a huge fan of his work for ages, it’s good to see that he’s getting some national play on a huge television show.
While Heroes is totally fucking hot, the best show this season for me so far has to be Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. This show is Aaron Sorkin at his absolute best (probably got back on the `shrooms) with an excellent cast. I wonder if the guest shots Matthew Perry had on West Wing is what sold AS on putting him in this show. While I never really like Friends, I always did think Perry had potential over slapstick comedy he was always being put into on Friends.
Having watched several episodes I have to say that it feels like it’s the first couple seasons of “The West Wing”. You know those seasons where the show as actually good.
Also I have to give NBC props for showing the latest episodes of both shows online for free. While I appreciate the free streaming, hopefully the demand with open someones eyes to the potential of streaming all the episodes.
Anyone else watching anything good?

<br>I too am getting into Studio 60 after seeing two episodes – have you seen 30 rock yet? (I haven’t) Although they look similar (both being about SNL type shows) I have a feeling the similarities end there being that one is a comedy and the other a drama. Guess I’ll have to tivo it since I haven’t seen it by chance yet.

<br>There were a few new episodes of scrubs on – but then they stopped…you know when they’re coming back on? I’ve still been getting my fix though since scrubs is syndicated on tbs and comedy central now. I did just read that when Zach Braff was on Punk’d a couple years back – he actually beat the crap out of the 12 year old that spray painted his porsche…apparently they edit adults pummeling 12 year olds out…
Couldn’t agree more. Heroes, Awesome. Studio 60, Awesome. Scrubs, Earl, Office, Awesome.

<br>Seems like NBC is taking the role of Studio 60′s ficticious network NBS and revamping its lineup with quality shows.

<br>Now as far as other shows that spark me? How I Met Your Mother was a surprise hit for me, although the 2nd season is not as great as the first thus far.

<br>Americas Next Top Model, whatever, it is good.
