You all are probably aware about how much I despise these fancy coffee drinking hipsters. People with their grande-two-pump-vanilla-no-foam-half-whip-half-light-caramel-chocolate-sprinkles-latte drinks. Honestly, if it takes you longer to order the fucking drink than to actually drink it you’ve fucked up on life and should just give up.

I’m a coffee drinker and sometimes an espresso drinker. Today, I declare that I am actually a huge fan of the new Starbucks Iced Doubleshot drink. I’m not talking about the one that comes in the can, I’m talking about the tiny slice of heaven that is made for me while I wait. The recipe is actually quite simple:

• 5 shots of espresso (I usually order a Venti, because the barista’s don’t seem to know what large means). The Tall has 2 and the Grande has 3.
• Half & Half.
• Simple sugar syrup.

That’s all, except between 3 different Starbucks they never really taste the same but luckily it’s never been bad. So, yeah, it’s not as fancy as most people go but it’s still a little weird for me to custom order a drink.
