First off, I still can’t believe they cart Dick Clark out onto the stage for New Year’s. I’m just thankful he seemed to be better then last year’s show stopping appearance. I think I must have had nightmares about that for a good month.

Anyway, I totally forgot about how these year he flubbed his countdown until I was flipping through The Feed at G4. Like the author states, you can totally forgive DC for messing up the countdown. Tara Reid on the other hand, you can’t forgive. Also, I’m pretty sure the guy that was being recorded is Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite.

While the final numbers haven’t officially been released, NPD said on CNBC that the Xbox 360 sold around 2 million units. What was really surprising was that they are predicting Nintendo sold around 1.8 million Wii’s despite only being launched on Nov 19th.

I’m thinking that The Big N has a real hit on their hands. I’m hoping that they continue this trend. I’ll tell you that at the New Year’s Eve bash at Case De JT’s, the Wii was a huge hit. We played Wii Sports well past 2am.

Hope everyone had fun at any event you found yourself at. I’ll be posting pic’s of our get together as soon as post processing is complete (remove red-eye and such).

Home Owner that is. w3rd. Yeah it’s all done. It was easy. I’m not exactly sure why everyone thinks it’s so hard. Anyway, as I walked into my new house they blasted at the construction site across from me so I couldn’t tell if it was a good sign that the place shook when I walked in or not.

Now comes the fun part of getting all my shit into the house and setup, just so I can tear it all down when I get the audio system hooked up. Which may not happen till the new year since i’ll have to hang tight until the re-fi.

blah, this home owning thing is already becoming a hassle.
